has anyone noticed that they turn the AC up so damn high at work? its like negative 20 in here right now...and im wearing a wool sweater...and im still freezing my **** off.

Same at my school two years ago. Some days it was colder inside than it was outside- and this was in winter. My friend would wear the usual undergarments, a undershirt, shorts, a turtleneck, the school uniform over all that, and a jacket, and she was STILL cold.
Talk to the manager, that's all I can suggest. We complained to our principal and teachers, but they never lowered the temp. If your manager refuses to raise the temp, then wear as much warm clothing as the dress code allows.

tell the maneger you will contact the authorities if they dont change it to room termperture
