I said I'd never buy a car from a smoker, but I recently did it, too. Lots of Febreze and plenty of fresh air are the keys.

Baking Soda for starters. Next would be to take it to a detailer and have the extra special job done to it.

After that take it to the dealer and trade it in on a new one because you will never get ALL of the smell out of the car even if you were to completely replace everything inside the car even the dash and air conditioning coil.

That is why I will never again buy a used car that a smoker has owned. Made that mistake just once. And yes I did take my own advice and trade it in for a new car at a dealer. I lost over $2000 on the deal but I ended up with a great car that I still own.

if you go to an automotive detailer ask them to sell you a smoke-out bomb for your car. it is kind of like a roach bomb for your car but only with fragrance. follow the directions perfectly and you should never smell it again.
