Killer Whales are in fact the largest members of the family delfinidae (dolphins), so yes, they are dolphins. And as for dolphins/porpoises, they are not the same thing... dolphins are long and sleek with cone shaped teeth, while porpoises are short and robust with spade shaped teeth.

not sure, just checking, but 'killer whales' is inaccurate. They are called Orcas and eat most seafood, from fish to walruses—seals, sea lions, penguins, squid, sea turtles, sharks, and even other kinds of whales. Depending on the season and where they are, their diet varies but not to people.
Shame the same can't be said the other way round.
Orcas are toothed whales, And a kind of Dolpin. They are the largest of all dolphins.

True.
from wikipedia: " The orca (Orcinus orca) is the largest member of the oceanic dolphin family Delphinidae...Today it is recognized that the orca is a dolphin rather than a whale and that it is not a danger to humans."

They are all in the same Suborder Odontoceti: toothed whales and also the same family....Family Delphinidae: oceanic dolphins so you could say that they are basically huge dolphins seing as how they are in the same suborder and family as oceanic dolphins.
