Imagine you have had a tough day or a tough week. what is the best outlet for that stress? What completely relaxes and reinvigorates you? And Why?

Great question...

I like to plop down on the couch...then go running. I also LOVE to play softball.

Excercise helps me unwind.

I would love to go to a childrens park and lie in the soft green grass and watch the kids play. The kids are innocent and away from the worries of the world and their cute acts and the way they would be smiling and trying things out would surely unwind the most tired person as well.

Really good sex is the best to relax! If that fails, read a book and drink some wine while watching the sunset at the beach...

I go to the local Aikido Dojo and train. It really helps when you get to throw your partner around and it's fun to be thrown too. At the end of every session the whole class does a 30 min. meditation and that really helps to cool down my temper and clear my head of any negative things from the day.

Do the most interesting thing.. i mean the thing that u like the most! if u love to listen songs... or u may go to a calm and quiet place.. or u may watch a movie sitting on an easy chair... call ur frens.. and enjoy! and of course .. if u r very much tired... the best thing is to SLEEP! ENJOY SLEEPING ! GOOD NIGHT!

a nice walk around the park or neighborhood. go down to the beach or by the lake and just stroll. people watching helps me unwind, especially watching families play together. kind of helps put things in perspective.
or you can go to your local golf course and putt on the practice green for an hour, that is very calming. then go home and watch golf on TV.....especially ladies golf, very relaxing! (or women's beach volleyball, love to watch that!)

Some people like to exercise or run to raise endorphin levels and get rid of adrenalin that has built up with the stress.

I like to read.

I myself go for a nice jog. This relieves some of my stress I had throughout the day.

I wrap my IPod to my arm and go for a long jog no phone no people I turn my mind off and can go forever.
