OK, first of all, it's a very vulgar expression! Once cleared, here it goes: "Chupa mi verga, papi" means "suck my dick, daddy!" Because they used the word daddy, I can imply it was used from man to man. Otherwise they would have used "mommy" (if they had meant a girl)
The expression is obviously caribbean to a spanish speaker. NEVER MEXICAN. Definitely Puertorican or Cuban. They tend to call lovers papi and mami. As amatter of fact, that turned off a friend of mine because his puertorican girlfriend would call him daddy in the middle of a lovemaking session and he thought she had incestuois fantasies.
To Brian: verga is used in most of latinamerica. You are right on one thing, though, in Cuba and Puerto Rico they use "pinga" or "piola". Let's agree on the fact that it's a poorly used expression.

verga is used mainly by mexicans. yes puerto ricans say papi alot but they dont use verga as much as mexicans
