Scarcity consciousness means that you are focused upon what you do NOT have, and that all your subsequent interactions with your world are based upon that fundamental experience of "not-having." This is contrasted with abundance consciousness in which you focus instead upon what you do have and upon the feelings of gratitude and happiness you have for having what you have. Your interactions with your world will be based upon that inner sense of abundance and of "having".
