I'm gonna guess you mean 20#'s of muscle. 20#'s of anything is easy. Eat like a glutton. If it's muscle, this may sound weird but sleep. Incorporate nap time in the middle of the day. Increase your calorie intake (clean calories). Stress your muscles through weights or whatever. Then sleep. Only during rest does your muscles rebuild additional muscle fibres to give the bigger appearance and on the weight scale. It's the body's natural mechanizism to overcome the stress.

im assuming your pretty skinny if you need to gain 20 pounds in a month, so if you gain both weight in fat and muscle it would be okay. Just eat more, and eat late so your stomach doesn;t diegest it all. After you eat do crunches so you will add muscle and fat both at once. Eat more then you usally do. Just make sure you dont get addicted to eating alot because then your going to gain more weight then you wanted

Be smart about it.

Add about 500 calories a week, but eat smart. You can put on fat, but that isn't good for you.
