I used to get tingling in my hands and ended up having a six hr operation to free a major nerve in my neck......sorry to frighten u, but get it checked, it could be someting less but better to be safe than sorry.

Might be just the hot weather. Try taking a 1/2 hour rest lying down with your feet and hands higher than your heart. If you do Yoga, a shoulder or head stand could solve the problem.

PS if you are female at around the age of the menopause this hot weather won't be being much fun for you.

Maybe u r lack of calcium level in the blood (hypocalcemia) as manifested by tingling sensations & muscle pain due to calcium is also responsible for muscle contraction.

isnt that called reynauds disease? im sure it is. where it s bad circulation in the extremities. look it up on the internet but i dont know if i have speld it right i think i have.

it could be all the above, but could also be something as simple as iron & vitamin deficiency. visit ur GP all the same. but i think iron and multivitamins can help.
