I went on monday night, last night was too hot.
And does the gym really work?

yeah go.... its hard work going but you'll feel soooooo much better afterwards!!!

Dont go every day but go 3-4 times a week... I say this because otherwise you'll get bored!!

It does work, but i suggest your diet is balanced as well because it takes both diet and fitness to keep that body in trim...

PLUS, you sweat more this time of the year so its double good!!

Instead of hitting the gym, go down to Sainsburys, pick up some pimms and lemonade and chill in the garden with a decent book. I'm allowing myself a day off the gym today, I just went for a run around my field instead.

Of course the gym will get you fitter and hotter! Also the hardest part of the gym is actually going! When your there you always enjoy it and when finished take some pride in your achievement!

too hot today as well. The gym does work but theres more to life when the weather is good get out and enjoy it

once you have got in the gym its simple and you will feel better inside and out for giving yourself that push

yes, go!! You'll feel better once you do. I didn't feel like getting up to go running this morning but I did and put in 5 miles. Have fun!!

Yes it works - I was once almost 30 pounds heavier than I am today.

Nooo too hot! Gym's do work but you must be very self-motivated, try group classes instead - much more fun and others to encourage you to work harder
