Supreme court made a decision that big business can not take your home for eminent domain for big business! Such a putting in a mall or other big stores! What do you think?

I don't think that they should be able to simply take someones home to build a shopping center. I can understand buying it with the owners consent, but otherwise.... NO

I think that is bad, because the home owners can get a lot of money for their land and homes. Plus, that may mean that we, Ohio citizens, will have a chance of having less stores and stuff.

state or federal supreme court? Either way I think it is a good thing but will likely be overlooked when enough money is involved.

I think that is too bad. Its a good sigh when there is growth in the community, which certainly include business, big or small.
