I know that Sulfur dries the Sebum which is the oily secretion of the sebaceous glands; (with perspiration it moistens and protects the skin), and Salicylic Acid unclog pores.

Which ingredient works better at clearing up your skin?

If you find me more information about what each individual ingredient does for the skin I'll give you 10 points.

salycylic acid is best. Drying your skin does not necessarily clear up acne ..it can aggravate it.

I prefer the salicylic products, but a good skin care line is your best bet. I've tried everything in the last 12 years to clear my acne and nothing helped until I tried "All Clear" by Beauticontrol. It really works.
go to my web page and find out more. There is a place to contact me directly if you wish or you can just find a consultant in your area.

Let me say that what is best for skin depends VERY much on Your skin: is it dry or greasy, are you affected by acne?
Much like you choose Your toothpaste based on what is affecting your teeth, You'll better see a dermatologist to check which soap is better for your peculiar skin...
and probably the best soap to use when you'll be 25 is not the same when You were 19...
