No, it does not work. Well at least for me. It made my skin look worse than ever.

Yes, it really does work. The best place to buy it from, is the TV it's easier. The 3 step system works fine, and the difference between the 3,4, and 5 is that they add like a special kind of lotion for the 4 and a special lotion and a mask for the 5.

My friends all say that they saw the commercial and bought the product, in doing this they used it and said it actually works. For acne, I use clean and clear, it actually cools your face witha ncie tingle, and at the same time gets rid of your acne and does not dry out your face. Others use ordinary soap because they kill the jerms on your hand, which skin is tougher than your face, so it is stronger than most face washes. You can buy proactive on a tv ad, on the website, or even at pharama plus. I suggest you try a different produce thoiugh, before you splurge, because at the end of the day it really depends on your case of acne, and your skin type, and strength. By the way all the steps have different categories, and things they treat, for beutiful skin, buy all three and see how it works out.

I can vouch for Proactiv. I was somewhat skeptical myself, since I was one of the ones who went through a whole aisle of acne products. I'd say it's WELL worth the money. I just use the microcleanser, toner and lotion. I say everything else is just fluffy cosmetics and not necessary. The microcleanser stuff gently exfoliates your skin, and really makes your face feel refreshed and clean. When you use the toner, it's supposed to even out your skin tone. I'm not sure if it worked or not, because it happened so gradually, but my skin looks pretty even. The lotion helps clear up any bacteria on your face via benzoyl peroxide, but doesn't dry out your face which is what I really like about it. It's really gentle on your skin. My face is practically clearer than I've ever witnessed it. The only thing about it is you have to be committed to it, or you'll end up wasting more money than necessary. Try it out. You won't regret it. :)

My husband and I both used Proactiv and it didn't work for us. I've talked to people that it worked well for. I think it depends on your skin. I remember spending over $100 on our set and that was 10 years ago. So I would shop around.
We tried "All Clear" by Beauticontrol starting back in January. We both love it so much I joined the company.
"All Clear" skin care costs $59.50
Cleanser
Scrub
Toner (Cleansing Solution)
Moisturizer
They have "Outta Sight" spot treatment for $14
and a new Salicylic acid gel that just came out.
It works better than anything I've ever used and I've used too many to count.
go to Beauticontrol.com and find a consultant near you to talk to or go to my web page (I give rebates for on-line orders)

Good luck!!!

My brother used to SWEAR by this stuff - and he had REALLY bad skin. He says as long as you stick to the regiment and do it every day as directed, the results are pretty good. He did report a little overdrying and redness the first few days though, but he said it cleared up quickly.

Not in my opinion. And believe me, I have tried a lot of products. Go to an Origins counter in a department store and tell them about the condition of your skin, they will tell you which products you should use. That is how I got rid of my acne problem. Also, avoid eating spicy and greasy food.
