I plan to do my Master in Aeronautics very soon, and i cant seem to decide in what way i should do it.

Thesis, you have something to show for it and can incoprorate all others into your thesis.
Not to mention, the initiative you have to put into it on your part is huge so that's always impressive
Your name on a really big book, is always impressive

Based on your question and course of study, I would say thesis. This will be a "launching" pad (sorry for the pun) towards a PhD if you need to go ahead.

You will do coursework, too of course. But, if you want a job in industry, the more publications and research you have done, the better.
