Bill Gates can go bankrupt to morrow and a competitor like Google etc. can close him down. Look what happened to Enron.
The queen of England is certainly the richest, unless you believe the wonderful calculations dished out by vested interests, for the ignorant masses.
Not only do they leave out of the calculation half the assets, but virtually every thing the royals own is worth 100 times more than they say, because of the history attached to them. Look at the prices fetched at the auction of some of the duches of Wales', unwanted property.

Bill Gates, He invented the world wide web, aka the internet, and now everyone has it everywhere, he does a lot of good with his money though most of it goes to charitys he is an honest and hard working man

Bill Gates i think. He will be resigning from the CEO position of Miscrosoft in two years and i am guessing that this staus may change soon for him.
