It doesn't matter what letter you use but let's say that curly wings are C (since it's dominant) and straight wings are c (recessive).

The genotype would be CC. If it was a heterozygous curly wing fly, it would be Cc.

Homozygous means that the organism has two of the same gene, so if curly is dominant, then the fly has two dominant genes. (FF)

Note: heterozygous means that there are two different genes (Ff)
