Its the best thing in this world to experience
Even if you want it then the suggestion i can give you is devote yourself to god. It will help you to shift your mind from the world.
The main idea is to get busy in something else if you of spiritual beliefs then do as i told you, it will help you for sure. Otherwise be busy with friends, work(or study) anything producitive and time consuming.
