The funniest movie of all time in my opinion is Monty Python and the Holy Grail. It's great if you love British humor (dry, sometimes subtle, etc.) Seen if 40 million times.

Planes, Trains, and Automobiles. I love Steve Martin, and this is one of his earlier movies. It's about a guy who has to get home for Thanksgiving and meets another character-- yes, I mean a "character", not as in 'a person who is important to the plot'. It cracks me up every time.
Also, for a heck of a good time, watch this one with your mother-in-law. Wait to listen for her comments while watching, "Liar, Liar" with Jim Carey.
And... the funniest movie ever is Billy Madison. It's hilarious since Adam Sandler (Billy) has to make it through school as an adult, starting at kindergarted. It cracks me up every time I watch it, especially when he's singing, "back to school, back to school, to prove to daddy I'm not a fool," and when he's playing with HotWheels in a huge meeting, making car noises.

the funniest move i've see has to be national lampoons vacation-chevy chase's charactor Clark Griswold is absolutely hilarious
Every summer Clark Griswold takes his family on a little trip. This year he went too far.
The Griswold family's cross-country drive to the WallyWorld theme park proves to be much more arduous than they ever anticipated.. lol

Dumb and Dumber
It's just one laugh after the next with the right mix of physical and spoken comedy. It's not always simple, either. Lloyd makes a reference to tea and 'strumpets,' which is complicated in two fold
1. You gotta know what a strumpet is =)
2. You gotta know what a crumpet is =)
Just a great movie.

3. Van Wilder
4. Road Trip
5. Nerds
and so on and so on.............
