Bagong Silang area ??

Hi there, what can anybody tell me about the Bagong Silang area of Caloocan City ?? Just because I know somebody there and I do think it is a poor area. What's your take ??

Bagong SIlang in Caloocan City is a nice place. Just do not go to the outskirts or squatters' area it is the one that you are referring to as a poor area.
