well, speed buggy is silly - Kitt would laugh. Kitt would be holding out his hand on speed buggy's head and speed buggy would be waving his hands wildly at the air. Hitting nothing.
In fact, Kitt is too much of a gentleman to even bother with speed buggy.

Obviously Kitt. He has all of those cool gagdets. Oh yeah and Super Buggy was a cartoon.

KITT obviously. He is indestructable and has Turbo Boost. He kicks it into super pursuit mode, and everyone is left behind.
