I always have my ceiling fan on, I can fall asleep to that noise. But I can't sleep if the radio or tv is on.

If I'm real tired I can fall asleep on my own without anything to help me sleep. Sometimes I have to turn the TV on at a very low volume that I can barely hear and set the timer to turn off at a certain time. Somethings I just take a benadryl if i really have problems.
