get more points get to a higher level you will be able to ask more questions

I'm on level 5 i can ask as many questions i want to...the higher the level the more questions you can ask..remember asking cost you 5 points!!! also then chose a best answer then you will get three back...also vote on answers and also click on discover and give thumbs up or down also you get a point for each of those things and you will build up your points.

Because you are on the first level---if you try to ask more questions the system will not allow it. Try answering more questions that way you get more points.

you can ask more than 5 questions a day, but it depends on ur level, like now i can ask 20 questions a day!!
