my computer does this every now and then i dont know why please help if you can

Google the error. Do what the guy said above me and system restore. I hope you backed up the stuff you need.
It might be a bad driver for one of your components and it's creating a boot problem.
Chekc your bios and setup, if you mess something up enter in safemode and restore you computer.
I had this problem yesterday with some cell phone company's computer. They downloaded a bad driver for their soundcard.

I had a bug some time ago, last summer I think, that had the effect of turning my computer off and leaving messages about 00000000x! It also gave a blue screen. I don't know if this is what's going on with you, but if so try a search on Microsoft's security pages or even send them an email and ask for advice..

Because your Hard drive is corrupted due to presence of some Virus.What you have to do is System Restore back to its original state and reinstall your Windows again from the begining. Process is simple just call any technical support representatives.
