UN credibility and justice is certainly in question now..
america is controling it and all countries,should we re-elect new UN and dismiss america from vito countries? yes or no? why?

note: please note that only resolutions that fit americas interest are applied others never are ...so be objective americans

Maybe UN should be poached; America deep-fried and Britain baked! Because we basically have DN (Divided Nations) and the two Bs are totally unfit to take decisions on issues affecting the present world! We need a brand new organization called USN -UNITED SECULAR NATIONS manned by a bunch of new people! We should do away with the Security Council and the so called Veto power! We should draft a new World Constitution and have only the General Assembly which should act strictly in accordance with the new World Constitution.

It's impossible to dismiss the US from the UN. The US is one of the main monetary contributors and contributors of material and military. The rest of the world could make a seperate UN, but what would be the point? The UN even when it agrees on resolutions, will never enforce them. There is no consensus when countries (including the US, France, Russia, China) make decisions based on money not morals. Remember it's the UN (not at all vetoed by the US) that sat around and watched 100,000's die in Rwanda and continue to do so today in Darfur.

It certainly would be a good idea to have a league of democracies, so that corrupt dictatorships don't run the Human Rights Council. That'd be a new one.

we all watch in TV when Europeans burn with fire the America flag and screaming against who have done the job for you.

The UN is a joke. There are quite a few Americans that want nothing to do with it anyways.

Not to mention the behavior of the diplomats in NYC, and their blatant disregard our our laws.

The UN's well documented corruption must be a question as well. (Annan's family embezzelling millions two years ago.)

The UN it seems, should go.

If they would fire America as you suggest, we could, and should kick them out of NY, and ignore them completely. (When was the last time the UN did something helpful?)

NO!!!! If they want no opinion as to what US does, they could look at dismissing them. Seeing that the UN has no power. I do not think US would miss them. We are not & have never been in control of UN, if we were life would be different troughout the world. We are used by the UN to control "out of control" countries.

if we did, the UN would be enforcing their resolutions like 1559 which states that hezbollah must disband (and israel should leave lebanon).......one side held their end of the bargain and one didn't which is why we have this current war in the middle east!!!!

they also would've enforced the SIXTEEN resolutions against saddam hussein's iraq but since they are an impotent organization, we did it ourselves just like israel is doing!!!
