My favorite is Phantom Menace even tho the rest of that movie sucked.

I think my favorite is from Jedi because it's the only one that they are fighting for something important, their souls! Anakin is fighting luke to prevent him from going to the dark side and luke is fighting the emperor. It's so sweet. Ok, weird to say it like that, but it is.

Depends what you are looking for. I loved the Darth Maul fight in The Phantom Menace, because of the sheer ferocity of his attacks and how well it was staged.
But in Revenge of the Sith, the emotional impact of Master and student battling was impressive. Both showed the passion of the fight in their swordsmanship.
Also, I very much enjoyed the final confrontation between Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader in Return of the Jedi. That fight was also very well done.
All in all, I would have to go with the Darth Maul fight in episode one as my favorite. It's a pity we didn't see more of Darth Maul then we did.

The last one where Obi Won and Anakin - now Lord Vader are fighting in the Lava .. but Phantom Menace w/ Darth Maul (spelling) was pretty sweet

The duel between kenobi and anikan on mustifar (episode III revenge of the sith) is the best, the speed of the swordplay was amazing. Second to that is the duel with darth maul in episode I. A double sided lightsaber how cool is that.

Revenge of the Sith was great when they kept going from Obi Wan v. Anakin to Yoda v. Darth Sidious. Both were great, especially with all the effects of the lava, and the senate building.

My favorite is the one between Obi-Wan and Anakin on the lava planet (Revenge of the Sith), but I was also very impressed with Yoda vs. Count Dooku (Attack of the Clones). I was amazed they could make the little green muppet's fight scene so cool and not at all cheesy.

Sadly I have to pick one of the news ones. I forget which, but Yoda's lightsaber scene, man that was just awesome.
