The most amusing Restaurant name I've come across is "Genuine Humbugs". Note that a person who is a humbug can't be genuine. But then, a humbug is also a kind of sweet. I first saw this about twenty-five years ago - and it's still there. It's outside the Hakgala Botanical Gardens, Central Province, Sri Lanka. Elevation c. 5,500 feet ASL.
Further inquiries revealed the owner to be a class-mate of mine whom I had not met between 1959 and 1984. He said he got the name out of an Astrix book.

I've been to a grill bar here in Kosice, Slovakia many times that's called The Olde Pube. I'm not kidding. Beer was good; call me crazy, but I wasn't too anxious to try the food.

Somewhere in America there's a Vietnamese restaurant called My Dung. I don't know what it means in Vietnamese, but someone should tell them what it means in English!
