Is there any IIS 6 compatible blogging engine? I need to have my own blogging engine for multiple users on my 2003 server network running IIS and SQL Server. If there is none available, which other PHP/ MYSQL blooging engine is easiest to implement? Pls post the url to download and step by steps would be very appreciated.

If you are referring to an ASP based blogging engine, I believe dBlog might work. But you can use any blogging system with IIS 6, just install PHP on your server. MovableType, Wordpress, Drupal, etc... all of the major blog software will work no problem with IIS and PHP installed.
