Candy, you are going to go nuts because of some man. You may go temporay insane, but honey, he's not ruin your health and mind. In my state they have counsler you can see on a sliding pay schedule. The less you make is the less you pay. Please look in your phonebook for social services, and see if something like that is option. If the churches don't have meetings, ask one of the preachers or priest if you can come into to see him. You need some help, your own family physician can help also. I went to mine, and she gave me alot of help in finding the right place for me. Talking to people, and getting out is a stress reliever. Go back to school at night, I started taking dancing lesson (free) at local pub. I now can do the 2-step, and several line dances. Surround yourself with people. Talking to people who have their own problems even if they differ from yours helps. I don't know what happened in your marriage, but honey, please don't let it destory you. A change of scenery is good, go discover parts of your neighborhood and town you have never been in---anything to get your mind off of things---I know it is not easy even it eats at your heart, but it does get better...Right now you need a hug, and someone to tell everythting is going to be all right. My friend gave me a hug and she told everything was going to all right, then threatened me with a foot up my you know where if I let a man ruin my life. So, I am going to send you a hug, everything is going to be all right, and I will find you and put my shoe up yours if let that man ruin your life! God bless us all....

its tough enough that you have to threw this and not haiving support from the ppl around you... but the best thing to do in your case find your inner self and don't bend down... that will only make things worst, specially if theirs kids around....go to a place where theirs only you and your self to meditate and relax
