I have a co-worker who constently talks about me like I'm not in the room. She'll be on the phone blaming things on me that I have no part in, acting like I'm not around to here it. I've gone to the boss about it, but to no avail. Any ideas on how to handle this?

I would take it out side and just ask her about it. And then if that don't settle it just punch her one good time in the mouth.

Being the youngest of six, kids, 5 girls, 1 boy.....It was as if I didn't "Exsist"....growing-up....So, when I got in my teens, and my older sisters would come over, everyone came over, then, I was like this is my "Q", to split.......And thats exactly what I did, everytime, they'd come over, and visit.......I'd take off, because, it was "Pointless" for me to even bother, trying to get a word in "Edgwise", you know? And to this day, I always let everyone else, who is , or wants to be the "Center of Attention" I give them, the whole stage... I dont want it anyway....Its all there's!!!! It can be a little "Bothersome" especially growing-up, it was, but you get passed-it......Just ignore her...or, you could do the "Two can play that game", but then, of course, if she does this to everyone in the office, thats, how she is.....Just blow her off, and try to ignore her, or request to be moved on the other side of the office, so you dont have to listen, to her... If you work for the "City" you can always, transfer, to another, job,,too.....I feel for you, and hope you can get this resolved, one way or another...If nothing else, confront her with it...Who knows, because, of your talking up to her, she may just become a good friend, afterwards.. Just take her to the side.. And ask her if she has a minute? That you'd like to discuss something you feel is very important.... And tell her how much, this bothers you, and how much you feel offended by her behaviour, towards you.....And just go from there.. Again, Good-Luck, to you......

Yes! My MOTHER-IN-LAW! She'll tell my husband that I really need to clean up better, or that he married a darn poor excuse for a wife. That I'm poor as a piper... AND I come from a wealthy family!
