Most of the time I feel I have it licked (that was not a pun). I mean I am strong enough to put my desires for it out of my mind. But about once a month it becomes too powerful for me. I will never have sex again most likely. So it hurts tremendously when the desire over takes me. I have to lay down and sleep it off. Anyone else go through this? I am a man.

I am a female and not had sex in over 10years because of my religion. And once in a great while for some reason the drive will appear and usually go away and it does hurt .

Is your goal never to have it again or is there other things going on? All I know is 30 years is a incredible amount of time.

Sex is a normal part of life. Seek counseling over how not having it makes you feel. Grief over losing a big part of life is difficult and affects all parts of your life.

then you should be very young looking. Staying celibate isn't easy and whatever reason you have no sex that is your choice. Do what your heart tells you.
