It could be normal stretching and movement. Or braxton hicks contractions.
Both are not serious and are perfectly normal. Just your body getting ready for the baby.
If you have severe pains or if they are lasting a long period of time or for any other concerns contact your doctor just to be safe!

a normal pregnancy is 40 weeks long, you are getting to the point where the baby is getting bigger and needs more space. you are also getting close to the end and fake contractions known as braxton hicks will come and go for the rest of your pregnancy. id only be concerned if they pains come over and over again and get closer together and last for more than 30 minutues, in that case id call your doctor. also call if its accompanied by any bleeding or leakage from your vagina.

Cramping at your stage could be something called Braxton Hicks. It is exactly how you described, and doesn't last for very long. It is perfectly normal and kind of a way for your body to 'practice' labour. Ask your doctor to be sure.

That happens to me, too. I'm 35 weeks pregnant. I asked my dr. and he said it was nothing to worry about. Could be braxton hicks (or practice contractions). Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy! Here's hoping you have a quick and easy delivery!

Braxton Hicks contractions probably. If you change positions and they stop or the pains are not consistant then they are false alarms.

That is normal. I've experience that when i was pregnant also. I could from your uterus expanding. However, if you do get them often or the pain doesn't go away - consult your physician. Its always better being safe than sorry.
