I don't see the bet here. A bet usually involves something difficult or unlikely, and a disagreement about the difficulty or likelihood of the event occurring or being completed. This is just stupid. A good bet is like this... I bet you a small soda that you can't learn to spell before 7th grade. Oh yeah... I already won :)

What if you do do it, what is in it for yoiu besides huggin or kissin the guy. You should have made the other person betting do something or give you something if they lose, that is how bets work. To answer your question, I say do it. You must have made that bet to give yourself a little shove and an excuse because you want to do it anyway. So go for it! Besides swirlies cant be fun.
