Apparently, he grew at a normal rate, then stopped, due to exposure to a yellow sun.

"Recently, some authors have implied that Superman's powers can reach nearly unlimited levels, based on solar energy absorption and withdrawal of mental blocks."

"In the 853rd century the original Superman still lives, but has spent over fifteen thousand years in a self-imposed exile in his Fortress of Solitude in the heart of our sun."

Does Superman Age

From the time line established in the comics, he seemed to go through childhood and puberty at about the same rate as a normal human, but also his powers were only slowly starting to kick in. Therefore, one can assume that as he as absorbed more of the yellow sun, his aging has slowed down as well. They have showed him in the future in such works as Kingdom Come, and he seemed to age about at the same rate as other people. Also, Earth 2 superman seemed to age at about the same rate as a normal person.
So I would say that he ages slightly slower than a normal human, but the difference is not that great.

Not like humans. He probably will never grow old but fade away as the ink on the comics react to the chemicals in the air.

He can live for a long time, due to the fact he can store solar energy in his body to keep him going. He will show some gray hairs eventually, but that won't show his true age. He is currently about 35 in earth years .
