My bestfriend practically breathes anime, and I want to do something very nice for here coz I haven't seen her for awhile. Can a very nice artist draw her for me in anime style with beast boy? And send it to my po box? Thank you, thank you, thank you! How much will I have to pay?

This will be a hard place to find an artist. However, if you go to http://www.deviantart.com you'll find a thousand and one artists, many drawing in anime-style, that do requests for free and with a fee. Just ask some of them and I'm sure you'll get a yes.
