The services named by the other users are all good services, but if you want a website or web page that has;
1) A "WWW.YOURWEBSITENAMEHERE.COM" unique domain name
2) No third party advertisements and/or banners and pop-ups on your website
3) More than a few megabytes of bandwidth/traffic
then you would do better to find a cheap, affordable web host. Most web hosting companies offer plans that may include things like domain name(s), your own email (you@yourwebsite.com), and scripts and tools to build and /or enhance your web site or page.
