Without a vowel sound, no. But there are a very few that use 'w' as a vowel.

mm-hmm has no vowel sound although it is not considered as anything more than an interjection the same with psst.
if you're not considering interjections as words then no there are no words without vowels that don't have at least a vowel sound.

There are a ton of sounds we make that aren't spelled out with out alphabet.
The most common is the schwa, we use all the time in American English, most often as a result of sloppy pronunciation. Because it's easier, in quick speech, to use a schwa it is generally accepted. It's spelled in dictionaries' pronunciation guide as an upside-down "e".
