My best friends husband doen't have any interest when it comes to having sex with her. They even sleep in seperate bedrooms ( because of his loud snoring.) On the other hand he's always looking at porn magazines and she found out that he had rented several pornos. He also talks about sex and other women's bodies openly with my husband, like how they look, how big their boobs are and things like that. She tells me that he has no problem getting erect, but he just doesn't want to do it with her. He is a good husband, they get along great and we know that he doesn't cheat, so what is the problem? Your opinion please!

I think the porn is the problem it gives men a distorted view of sex. I think they also need to sleep together and fix the problems not avoid them. I have a problem with porn and I have found that it was making me not behave naturally because of the perceptions that it creates.

Because it's not the best thing healthwise to be fat. "Just plain healthy" is not generally being overweight. Curvy, yes. A bit of padding here and there is normal and healthy. But having too much fat is. I don't want to starve myself though. That's not a good way to lose weight; your body goes into starvation mode rather than boosting your metabolism. Exercise and eating healthy is a better way to do it. >Has the media brainwashed that many women? It isn't brainwashing to tell people that it's good to watch their weight. And the media can't brainwash anyone who doesn't voluntarily allow it to happen! EDIT >I don't know blue eyed Christian...a never-ending parade of skinny models and actresses everywhere I look (and I'm normal weight, not fat, not thin) kind of makes me think there IS brain washing going on! Looking is optional. You can turn off the t.v. and put down the magazines. You get to decide which websites you frequent, too. They can try all they like, but as Jackie O said, nobody can make you feel inferior without your consent.

When people have been in a relationship for a long period of time the romance in the bedroom begins to fade. The sign that he looks at porn is a sign he still fancies women, but maybe he doesn't have the energy to have sex or has lost the desire to do so with his wife. Advise your friend to be spontaneous. She might find it stirs things up a bit.

Why is it that people always leave out all the information. You don't talk about your friend...How she looks...does she do thinks to get him interested in sex? Or does she just wait for him to always make the first move?
Ladies...guys ARE very visual when it comes to sex and being attracted to another person. Sorry...just the way it is.
If you want your husband to bang you senseless every night...stay in the shape you were in when you got married and be sexy...where short skirts without panties and bend over nice and slow in front of him...grab his *** as you walk past him in the hallway. Sit next to him completely naked and toss your legs on his lap as he is watching TV (just not during a big game).
Change things up...shave yourself nice and smooth and show it to him and ask him how he likes it. Go outside in a skimpy bikini and ask him to rub lotion on your as your unfasten the top string to prevent tan lines...
Laides make yourself sexy and keep your sexual hunger...that will make him just as hungry! If you sit back and say...why doesn't he make a move? Doesn't he find me attractive?
Stop waiting and make the move yourself. Tell him you want to try different positions...maybe even try it outside in the woods...in a parked car...in a dressing room at a store...be adventurous and make those sexual sparks fly!

Men are visual beast! Maybe she should try something really out of the ordinary like dressing to the hilt and totally seducing him. A good way to find out what he does like is by the magizines he looks at...what kind are they....
Her best way of finding out is to straight out ask him, and let her feelings be known. Maybe he has deeper fantasies that he would prefer to fill, but is afraid to talk about them, if she can open the door, he may feel free to talk about it. One way is to look at the magazines with him, or offer to watch a video with him. It may open up some communication, even if she doesn't like to watch...he obviously does, so share it.
You need to be creative to avoid sexual boredom. Try a new location, rent a hotel room, experiment with new positions, buy new lingerie, rent a sexy video, try a hot bath, candles and a massage. Cast your inhibitions to the wind. And then get busy!

hmmm. good question! maybe he's spending too much time with the porns and books.maybe if she plans a hot night and show up in his bed?!?!some guys are just like that or maybe he doesnt want kids or any more kids and he feels thats the safest way!

i think ur friend shuld tell her husby that both of them shuld go for HIV test, it may be her husband is infected with aids virus or something and he dosn't want to infect her wife because he loves her so much, or maybe he's a vergine and he dosen't know hw to du it.
