It's only a matter of time. But you can also try cummin tea with a little square block of raw potato twice or three times a day (don't eat the potato, just et it seep for a few minutes in the hot water). Also spicy food, sex, walking, going up and down the stairs. If you want to go hardcore you can try castor oil (but I don't recommend it)

nicely, im gona supply you some reassurance with the aid of fact i used to be afraid of going into hard artwork too. I had a terrible being pregnant so i exchange into loking forward to hard artwork yet additionally afraid of the discomfort. At 37 weeks I had to be precipitated with the aid of severe preeclampsia. I made it with the aid of 6 hours of organic hard artwork. in the seventh hour I took discomfort meds then in the eighth hour I had the epidural. My hard artwork exchange into purely 9 hours long yet each hard artwork is distinctive so dont situation on the subject of the size of hard artwork. no you are able to make certain that. i did no longer want the epidural and that i made that sparkling to the medical medical doctors. I heard memories from women folk who have been given it and had very undesirable part effects. It does not bypass all up your backbone, the needle isn't even placed on your backbone. I informed the well-known practitioner that gave me the epidural that I didnt desire a needle in my backbone, she defined that it does not bypass on your backbone. It doesnt even harm incredibly undesirable whilst this is inserted. It exchange into marvelous for me. whilst it wears off you would be incredibly itchy and you will take benadryl for it, this is the worst area. you will even have minor backaches once you stand for too long for roughly 2-3 weeks. I advise you do somewhat analysis approximately epidurals and shop your techniques open.

I think you would be better off talking to a good doctor about this one? Trying to cause labor is not always a good thing for you or baby.

Nothing will realy work, unless your body is ready to go into labour.
However ask your doctor for a clean and sweep. It just massages your cervix, and helps things along.
