damn right he is, well he's not aloud to get a hit while the cameras are on him so he get really pi*sed when he cant and that's why he's such a grouch, i'm pretty sure all of the characters on Sesame Street have bad habits; cookie monster is a stoner with the munchies, big bird is on steroids, elmo loves his pills cos there is no way in hell anyone can be that happy all the time, bert and ernie are always arguing because they spend too much $$ on romantic dinner so they have to resort to walking down sesame street and hoping for the best that they might find some shrooms on the way and the rest of the have really bad crack habits which makes them hallucinate all the time, the theme song is the dead giveaway, listen to it carefully next time =)

Yeah man, I partied with him one time, but he isn't even close to being the wildest muppet. That elephant dude, Snuffy, he snorted a whole eight ball in one line, man, it was awesome. All those muppets are into speed, man, you can tell that by watching, but Oscar is pretty much open to whatever is available. Living in a trash can really helps him deal incognito. People act like they are throwing trash away, and he makes the exchange. There's been some wild parties behind the scenes at Sesame Street. People who think human stars are wild should party with the muppets.

yeah he is,that punk stole my tv,then my car,borrowed 60 bux and then bought crack with it,after smoking the crack he sold me my car and my tv back,bought more crack then stole it again,cant even put the garbage out cause he sleeps in the garbage can,worstt day of my life meeting that stinky green punk,but he does get good weed
