Don't let that be the only thing you eat. I had the same problem and I ate whatever satisfied me. You should be fine the nausea is just temporary.

I ate milkshakes, french fries, Double Stuf Oreos and Milano cookies through my whole pregnancy, and my son is perfectly healthy. (I'm a diet soda addict and stayed away from that, so I had to replace all that pop with something!) I took prenatals every day and worked in fruits and vegetables as often as possible (orange juice at breakfast, salad with lunch, a veggie at dinner), but I didn't worry too much about junk food.
If it makes you feel better, have some fun. It's a ***** to stop eating the junk once the baby's born, though. :)

EAT IT! What we see today as "junk food" is mostly due to the media constantly telling us what is good and what is bad. Grilled cheese, chicken nuggets, peanut butter and jelly are prime examples. They might be junk to someone trying to loose a few, but to a woman who is growing a baby, you need the essential vitamins they are packed with, calcium, carbohydrates, etc! I ate a ton of junk when I was prego and I only gained 20 pounds and had a super healthy baby. Let your body show you the way and don't worry about it. Our moms smoked and drank and today we feel bad bout a hot dog when we are pregnant...ridiculous.

Girl, i ate nothing but hamburgers and pizza my whole pregnancy...they were the only things that i could keep down. If possible, try eating as much healthy stuff as you can...fruits and veggies instead of juices. Stay away from soda and OJ...OJ gave me the worst heartburn. I don't necessarily think eating chips and candy bars are a bad thing but you should try, try, try to eat as healthy as possible.
You've got 9mths ahead of you...do what works best, just keep babies health and your weight in mind.
congrats on they baby!

It's the sugar in fruit that is doing this to you.
Be careful of fats and try eating more carbs like bread or crackers. The feeling will pass. You don't want too much sugar. Baby needs some carbs to grow. try to eat as healthy as you can and stay away from sodium, too. if you eat fries try not to salt them too much.
Salt is a killer.
Good luck.

You can eat the junk food in moderation. If you go over board you will pay for it later when you try to get the weight off after delivery. Have your fries, but add an apple. Good luck.

I'm no expert, but whatever you eat, the baby eats. Have you tried carrots and peanut butter? It's one of my favorites. Shoot... if you like taco's so much, you can always make a batch using ground turkey breast instead of greasy beef...put some veggies on it and you got yourself a healthy homemade taco. Congrats on the baby too! You rock!

I don't see why you can't eat junk food. I wouldn't eat it all day, every day. I try to stick veggies and fruits in there for the babies sake, but during my pregnancy, i ate junk food, craved Wendy's, and my pregnancy and baby turned out wonderful.

Well for one thing your body will let you know what it needs. It could be junk food and it may sometime later on be something way out lmao.
If your body senses it needs something it will also make you crave that food with it in it. You know like you hear Dill pickle's and ice cream thing, (it is true).
