maybe you should ask her why she did it because she probably was nervous about it or she didnt her mom/dad to know

If it's already after the fact, there isn't much you can do but try to understand why she did it in the first place. In most states, the woman has the right to do so without the consent of the father. In some cases I agree, but in others I don't. That's the problem with blanket laws, they can't be fair to everyone in all circumstances.

Now that's a real problem.
Abortion within a marriage is almost unheard of unless a woman has indicated she NEVER wants children or it is KNOWN that the child will have a health problem.
Those problems would require you to be supportive.
Now on the other hand if the genetics don't match you?
Get the point.

Well there are many circumstances
1. She is not ready for a child
2. She didn't want a child
3. She had an affair and does not know who the father is and didn't want the other to think it might be his and decided to keep the situation from ever arising!

after the fact not much. I would be very upset unless her life was in danger or she was raped. Perhaps she is hiding something else. Emotional things can cause all kinds of problems. It may not be her fault.

She should probably asked your opinion....and taken into her thought process....and tell you why she wanted too.....however, it is her choice in the end....support her decision....that is your place in this situation

Find out why she had it. There might of been medical reasons why it was performed. Please don't assume the worst, sit down and talk about it.
