What is it with Ken Jennings and his criticism of Trebek and Jeopardy on his website? Why does he refer to Trebek as a "cyborg"?

Apparently, his intellegence in answering questions does not include common sense. I thought the comments were quite humorous. They just shouldnt have come from a guy who won 2 Mil from the object of his critisism.

If that's his idea of a joke, Jennings should use his 2+ million to buy a sense of humor! I met Alex Trebek once and he is a little prim and proper but I wouldn't go as far as to say he was a cyborg.... not even in jest. He's a personable, likable fellow and I've watched Jeopardy for years. His speech pattern off the show is nothing like it is on the show. It's just years of repetition that makes him sound like an automaton.

Ken Jennings is just being humorous....Jeopardy is dated and Alex Trebek does resemble a "cyborg"...half machine/half human. Don't you think his mannerisms and speach patterns are a bit machine like? Also....he never seems to age accept for the gray hair.
Jennings earned his 2.5 million.....he can poke fun at anything he wants.

it's a joke!! he also said the show would be better if the contestants had to answer questions while fighting off hordes of angry bees. He was just showing a little humor.

I have lost all respect and admiration for Ken. He should never have written those comments

they didn't feed him nothing he got on the show and was smart and got the mney so he can say whatever he wants now if he was expected to continue working for them or somehing thats a diffrent story

It seems too ridiculous to take seriously. I think he was just kidding. He said so himself - he had to publicize it in fact.
