When is click on some programs ,it is not responding and i cant even shutdown my PC.What is the cause?I cant use safe mode too...

go to trendmicro.com and run housecall it is free and very effective to rid the system from viruses, also run ad-aware se you can get the at lavasoft.com and it is free

The best thing to do is reformat the system with a fresh piece of Windows. If you are using Windows Xp, make sure you have enough memory to run it. Normally the reason that your com is frequently lagging is bcause that you are running too much application at once, your memory is not capable of taking too much 'stress'. That is why you have to upgrade the memory. Then make sure that your computer does not have any viruses. Firewall your computer so it does not easily being attacked by these viruses.

Try this:
right click on my computer, select properties.
Click the advanced tab, and click on settings in the performance area.
Then click on Best performance.
Try to re-boot, either with the mouse, or Manually.
You probably need more ram dude..

If you have XP, do a system restore ASAP.
If not, I hope you backed up your sh*t because the way it sounds you're going to lose it all.

Might be spyware or virus...check for that first. If not, I would backup, format and reinstall...that solves all problems :-)
