Fresh is most often the best. However it all depends how fresh the produce really is. A great deal of frozen food is frozen at its peak of goodness and contrary to popular belief does not degrade too much before use. Some fish and vegetables are good examples.
Check it out. Good luck.

Fresh foods fresh tastes better and doesn't have all the extra stuff that they put in frozen foods. It is better for you. if I lived on a farm I would have fresh meat and eggs too due to the fact of the growth Hormone that they feed all the animals, Food to me is a big issue and I think that the food we eat today (all food, not just fast food) is the reason for the illnesses in the world today.

Fresh is much better, although some things are still fine frozen, like peas. Processed foods are vile.

these days i would say frozen. Nothing is fresh anymore. So many pesticides and chemicals are used to maintain the illusion of freshness. Frozen also use preservatives but at least it stops once frozen
