some movies have dirty shots,I want to remove it.

I guess there are special DVD players that will allow you to skip over parts of movies that you object to for some reason. I only know about that because it was in the newspaper while they were talking about a service that is popular in Utah where they re-edit a movie to create a 'mormon version' or whatever you want to call it. Those services are now illegal, but they mentioned that there were still DVD players that would skip over certain sections or shots. I don't know any more details that that because I don't really care about it. It's just some more useless knowledge that I picked up.

Probably the best way to do that is learn how to edit a film. I don't know if there are editing rooms for normal people like us. But if there are use that.
