yes I do have alot of hate in me especially against racists and people who are stuck up snobs with big flashy cars clothes perfect bodies skin hair clothes etc etc and think that just because they have money they are better than us.

In order to combat hate you have to try to remember not to let things get to you and to remember that hate is an attachment just like love.

So you have to learn to remain detached ,calm cool and collective is the best way.

Do not get too attached or involved and learn not to take life so serious. And ignore those who are spiteful and incite hatred in you.

Another way is to try meditation and relaxation methods and therapies are a good way of exercising your own inner well being and you learn to create harmony within yourself try it works.

anyway good luck mate

I don't think hate, I think it is more an everyday battle with bitterness that I loathe the tast of, I think the only way to get rid of the taste is to start trying to be grateful for everything, even if you don't believe it just say it and maybe it will become a reality. Focussing on all the things you love and not all the things you hate and treating everything as a privelege and not a chore, I really better go take a very large bite out of my own piece of cake.

Starting wars and fighting, using abuse and violence does not quench the effects of hatred, but only inflames the feeling. It is due to the fact that the other person will fight back and a viscous circle of hatred will occur.

If you let a person know that they are winding you up, they will get satifaction from this.

You have to be very careful. Best things to do is to cut your self off and find someone that is freinds and be with them and talk to them.
It cancels out feelings of hatred.

That little thing you need is replaced; the sense of belonging and that someone cares and would never turn thier back on you like the person you hate.

I did have. The only way to get rid of hatred is to be a bigger person and focus on succeeding in your own life. When you spread hate, you get it back, and it only makes you wanna hate more. Prove that you can let things go and you will get stronger and happier within yourself. You will realise you are bigger than they are and that they're not worth wasting energy on.

I don't have a lot of hate, but there is some deep down. I try to get myself involved in other things and hope the feeling goes away.

Ask yourself why do you hate something...then think about it. Is it really worth getting worked up over something that trivial? In the grand scheme of things does it even matter? Whats the point, its a lot easier to be happy.

No because i know that it gets me nowhere and is a waste of energy, i take any aggression i have out at the gym its great for relieving stress. Just think if you have hate for something or someone then really they have won because it makes you feel horrible and churned up inside and they probably dont care.

I took up thai boxing and also bought books from the Dalai Lama about karma. Use the hate and turn it around so as to teach you a lesson about yourself. Learn to respect each person as if they were your own mother/father and if they choose not to return this respect, see it as a test as they are teaching you to practice good karma.

Hey bro hate may not be the feeling. I'm not saying to be a priest, but just try praying every now and again. It helped me at one time in my life.

Go punch a cushion if necessary, write a letter but dont send it!

Basically HATE is a negative and empty emotion, it turns in on itself, you in fact.
It hardly touches the person you actually hates, its far more painful to you.

Learn to MOVE on.............Forget it.
