Study the most important thing (for a test , or a certain subject, or somethin gyou read you need to remember) just before you go to bed. It helps you wake up with it on your mind and remember it better. Seriously.

Avoid outside interuptions. Turn off the television, stereo, computer. Find a quiet, comfortable, relaxed place to do your studying. Take regular breaks whenever you begin feeling tired or uncomfortable.... Good Luck

Stay away from sugars, reds (red drinks, etc), and whites (like potatoes). Eat more bananas.
