How do you know that it was arabic? quite often the language is not even a recognised language. It is your spirit talking to god. It is very unlikely that you spoke arabic. if you spoke out loud in front of people then someone should have interpreted what you said, but if you were alone or did not speak oput loud then the best way to know what you said is to search your heart. What were you thinking or feeling at the time?
