For me, I write poetry, I read, I pray, and when need be, I take a walk out of the situation. Most important, I pray, having a one on one relationship with God as I understand him. He comes down to my level and it has changed my out look on life and relationships, whether it be home or work. Good luck on your quest!

Consider learning how to meditate so that you can put aside a few minutes each day to clear your mind. You might find that this simple addition to your routine helps you to reduce stress simply by helping you to focus on the important things and the letting the other things take care of themselves.

Good luck.
