I think till 40 you must have the urge for sex. If you do not, try to arouse it.

I think that depends on your age. Younger men think about sex a lot, because they have tons of testosterone. Older men think about it lot less. They have less testosterone and most of them have a wife, so they don't have to THINK about it, they just do it.
