It is in Switzerland where you can not flush the toilet or run a bath (if you live in an apartment block) after 10 pm... (between 10pm and 6 am)
I think this law was made to ensure quiet..but I don't think it is taken seriously anymore..

wow thats insane. so someone spills acid all over you you cant shower?
so does that mean when its 11 AM you cant bathe because technically every hour is after midnight so you can't take a shower forever!

You can shower whenever you want, it doesn't matter what time it is.
